Where is your coffee sourced from?
All our beans are 100% Arabica, sourced directly from high-altitude family farms in the mountains of Puerto Rico, including regions like Adjuntas and Jayuya.
How do you ensure the freshness of the beans?
We roast our coffee in small batches and pack them in vacuum-sealed bags with one-way degassing valves to ensure you receive the freshest aroma and flavor possible.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories. We are working on expanding our international shipping options soon.
What is your return policy for food products?
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns on opened bags. However, if your order is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days for a replacement or refund.
Are your coffee products organic or fair trade?
We prioritize direct trade relationships, ensuring our farmers are paid well above market rates. While not all our small-batch farms are certified organic, they utilize traditional, sustainable farming practices.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping via USPS or UPS usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your location.
